    Our cleaners work with a standard checklist already, however, we are happy to cater our service to the specific areas that you require.   • Do I have to be home for my booking?
    You do not have to be home, as long as you give the cleaners access to your home and make it clear how they can get in safely. Most people prefer to be home when cleaners come, however, if you feel comfortable with a certain cleaner at your home when you are not there, you are welcome to arrange that.
  • How many cleaners will come?
    Usually between 1-2 cleaners. It depends on the size of your home, type of cleaning the schedule of our cleaners. Generally with bigger homes (3+ bedrooms) and deep cleanings, there will be 2-3 cleaners so that they can finish in an appropriate time (less than 4 hours). We do not want any cleanings to take more than 4 hours, so we will send more than 1 cleaner if we expect the time to take longer than 4 hours.

If your property is deemed a hazardous cleaning situation that goes over and above a normal cleaning environment, your cleaners have the right to walk away. Such a service will be considered 'cancelled' and our normal cancellation policy will apply. The cleaners do not clean poop, blood, or other biohazardous material.

  • When am I charged for the service?
    You are not charged until after the cleaning has been completed. You may be charged a deposit for holding your appointment slot which will be deducted from the total cost of your cleaning.
  • Is there a cancellation fee?
    If you cancel or reschedule more than 24 hours in advance then you are good to go. If it is within 24 hours then there is a $40 cancellation fee to compensate for our cleaners’ change of schedule.

    A deep clean is for customers who haven’t had their home professionally cleaned in more than a month or for homes in a bad condition. This allows your cleaners additional time to thoroughly clean your home. Deep cleaning tackles stubborn buildup, grease, and grime, making it more demanding and time-consuming. This is recommended for all new customers as it brings the home up to our amazing professional standards that your cleaners can then maintain for a lower price on a recurring service.   • Do the cleaners do dishes and laundry?
    They can do these as they are traditional housekeeping duties. These are not included in standard cleaning procedures so they are add-ons with extra cost.
  • Do the cleaners clean the ceiling, ceiling fans, chandeliers, or other high areas?
    Unfortunately, the cleaners do not bring a ladder and they may not go up on a ladder even if you provide one due to liability. They can usually go on a small step stool (2-3 steps only) to clean slightly higher but you must provide the step stool. Please mention in the special instructions if you will provide a step stool. If the area you need cleaned is not reachable by hand from a small step stool then they may not clean it.
  • Can the cleaners clean behind appliances like fridge & oven or behind heavy furniture?
    Yes your cleaners can typically do that but you must move all the furniture or appliances before they come. The cleaners typically do not do any heavy lifting and they can not usually move any furniture or appliances due to liability.
  • Can the cleaners clean outside my house in the front yard and backyard?
    Normally your cleaners do not clean outside your house and it is not included in a standard cleaning package, or deep cleaning package, and move in/out cleaning package. However, depending on the situation and what exactly you need done, they might be able to clean the backyard for an additional fee. Please call us first and confirm your details before booking.
  • Do the professional deep cleaning services in Los Angeles include pet-related items?
    Yes! If you have a cat tower that needs attention, just let us know.
